Integration Lead
Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a Integration Lead to join the Talent Acquisition & Belonging organization. This role will report directly to the Chief Belonging Officer & Global Head of Talent Acquisition and serve as a critical integrator across FY27 priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes across the Talent Acquisition & Belonging (TAAB) function.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Operating Rhythm
Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to shape and operationalize TAAB strategy
Co-create and manage the annual operating plan, ensuring progress against key priorities and commitments
Own and maintain the TAAB operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, planning cadences, and strategic checkpoints
Ensure the management team is aligned, prepared, and focused on highest-impact workIntegration Across TAAB
Act as the central integrator across all FY27 priorities, ensuring alignment across regions, teams, and initiatives
Drive clarity on priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs, reducing duplication and fragmentation
Connect workstreams to ensure enterprise thinking vs. siloed executionM&A Talent Acquisition Lead
Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition within the M&A team
Cross-functionally support due diligence, workforce integration, and talent strategies tied to acquisitions
Ensure a seamless TA integration experience across acquired entitiesData, Insights & Problem Solving
Apply a data-driven approach to identify risks, trends, and opportunities across TAAB
Develop clear insights and recommendations to address critical challenges
Partner on scorecards, metrics, and functional reviews to drive accountability and outcomesLeadership Enablement & Communications
Lead preparation for weekly leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic deep dives
Develop high-quality executive materials for internal and external presentations (e.g., staff meetings, board updates, speaking engagements)
Establish and drive communication strategies that ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement across TAABExecution & Continuous Improvement
Identify and resolve issues impacting the execution of strategic priorities
Develop mitigation plans to address risks and gaps
Support employee engagement and action planning efforts across the organization
Stay connected to external trends and best practices, bringing forward insights that shape the future of TAAB
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field; heavily focused on Talent Acquisition
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition M & A
- Proven experience in program or project management, driving complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect TA strategy to business outcomes
- Exceptional ability to communicate and influence across all levels, including senior executives and C-suite
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, not just activity
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on prioritization, execution, and follow-through
- Highly customer-focused, with a mindset of enabling others to succeed
Pay
The target salary range for this position is 170,000 - 230,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
