This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end integration architecture for the company platform and oversee its delivery
- Define integration patterns and standards ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Architect the governance and monitoring for safe AI operations across the platform
- Implement AI-based automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Design integrations focused on performance and resource optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and 10 years in IT, or 14 years in integration development and architecture
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration architectures, especially REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven systems centered around ServiceNow
- Strong expertise in automation tools and frameworks with experience in deploying workflows at scale
- Deep understanding of AI principles and designing AI-driven automation solutions
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-departmental decision-making effectively

Pay
$156,400 – $218,920 annually
