Integration & Automation Architect

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration architecture for the company platform and oversee its delivery
• Define integration patterns and standards ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Architect the governance and monitoring for safe AI operations across the platform
• Implement AI-based automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Design integrations focused on performance and resource optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and 10 years in IT, or 14 years in integration development and architecture
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration architectures, especially REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven systems centered around ServiceNow
• Strong expertise in automation tools and frameworks with experience in deploying workflows at scale
• Deep understanding of AI principles and designing AI-driven automation solutions
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-departmental decision-making effectively

Pay

$156,400 – $218,920 annually
