Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to create exceptional integration architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.
About the role
Responsible for creating and maintaining integration architecture for new deals and major change requests in existing deals. Provides technical leadership to the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain enterprise-wide integration architecture ensuring seamless integration, scalability, reliability, and manageability.
- Provide solutioning for digital integration in response to RFPs from clients and ensure overall design assurance.
- Analyse applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to set an integration solution design framework/architecture.
- Lead the development and maintenance of integration framework and related artefacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical leaders, product owners, peer architects, and other stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
- Develop and establish relevant integration metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results.
- Identify risks related to integration and prepare a risk mitigation plan.
- Ensure quality assurance of the integration architecture or design decisions and provide technical mitigation support to the delivery teams.
- Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture.
- Track industry integration trends and relate these to planning current and future IT needs.
- Provide technical and strategic input during the project planning phase in the form of technical architectural designs and recommendations.
- Collaborate with all relevant parties to review the objectives and constraints of solutions and determine conformance with the Enterprise Architecture.
- Identify implementation risks and potential impacts.
Qualifications
- Health product consultant experience of 8-10 years.
- Experience in defining and understanding current state integration solutions and identifying improvements, options, and trade-offs to define target state solutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate, document, and use integration patterns, best practices, and processes.
- Knowledge of modern technology and ability to evaluate and recommend products and solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem.
- Ability to work closely with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues through to resolution.
- Ability to document integration architecture covering logical, deployment, and data views, mentioning all artefacts in detail.
- Ability to validate integration solutions/prototypes from technology, cost structure, and customer differentiation perspectives.
- Ability to identify problem areas and perform root cause analysis of integration architectural design and solutions and provide relevant solutions to the problem.
- Ability to enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions/frameworks.
- Ability to support pre-sales team while presenting the entire solution design and its principles to the client.
- Ability to coordinate with client teams to ensure all requirements are met and create an effective integration solution.
- Ability to demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability in front of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to build trust and build effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across individual product teams.
- Ability to ensure integration architecture principles, patterns, and standards are consistently applied to all projects.
- Ability to support sales team to create wins, timely support of proposals, identify opportunities/leads to sell services within/outside account (lead generation), and no. of proposals led.
- Ability to deliver responsibility in projects/programs and accounts, including solution acceptance of integration architecture, effective implementation of integration approach/solution component, CSAT, delivery as per cost, quality, and timelines, identification and development of reusable components, recommendation of tools for reuse, automation for improved productivity and reduced cycle times, and capability development % trainings and certifications completed, increase in ACE certifications, thought leadership content developed (white papers, Wipro PoVs).
Pay
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
