Integration Analyst (D365 & Operations)

About the role

The D365 F&O Integration Analyst at Pursuit bridges Finance, Operations, and IT. They coordinate and deliver technical solutions between Dynamics 365 F&O and Pursuit's applications (CRM, WMS/Procurement, Point-of-Sale, E-commerce, Payroll, Banking, Tax applications).

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical reviews within IT: provide architecture overviews, formulate recommendations, and map current-state to future-state integrations.
  • Produce technical requirements, application architecture documents, and testing strategy recommendations.
  • Analyze impact of D365 FO version upgrades, configuration changes, and new interfaces on existing integrations.
  • Document data entities, field mappings, transformation rules, and error-handling.
  • Cover testing (SIT, UAT), defect triage, and cutover planning; train power users and create runbooks.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to document requirements and map processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years ERP experience, with at least 3 years hands-on with Dynamics 365 FO or AX 2012.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least two functional areas: Finance (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory/Warehouse, or Order Management.
  • Strong experience with D365 integrations.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure integration components: Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL.
  • Experience with testing, training, and end-user enablement in large implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across finance and operations teams.
  • Microsoft certifications: MB-300, MB-310/330, or PL-400.
  • Background in the hospitality industry.
  • Exposure to Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Life Cycle Services or Power Platform Admin Center environment management.

Qualifications

Benefits

This is a regular full-time, salaried role based in our Denver office with a base salary range of $95,000 - $107,400/year depending on qualifications and experience, flex time off within established guidelines, and a comprehensive benefits package.
