Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage pass-through parts operations including maintaining work instructions, coordinating regular stakeholder calls, and updating critical supply chain reports and files daily and weekly.
  • Prepare and maintain PRO reports, conduct regular reviews with Airbus, and support ongoing progress through data analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee Buffer and IRS stock management by generating reports, updating tracking tools, and driving order fulfillment actions.
  • Support Aftermarket Spares and Repairs by managing customer codes, coordinating weekly reviews, escalation calls, and repair site assessments.
  • Lead preparation and participation in executive reviews, critical parts meetings, and steering committee sessions to ensure alignment and progress on key initiatives.
  • Manage meeting schedules and communications across multiple teams and external partners to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, develop project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing key performance indicators and implementing innovative solutions to enhance supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proven success leading complex supply chain projects and managing Passthrough parts, PROs, Buffer, and IRS stock.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and relevant tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing and empowering teams.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in global, cross-functional environments.
  • PMP certification preferred.
