About the role

Oversee and coordinate projects that integrate agency systems, processes, or teams to achieve a unified outcome. Ensure seamless internal and external collaboration, manage project scope and design, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Manage and maintain all project documentation, meetings, and overall coordination throughout all stages, through closeout. Serve as the ICHS subject matter expert for project management and standards, maintain and update any internal policies associated with project management, and report to the Chief Operating Officer. This role may require working various shifts on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate integrated projects to achieve unified outcomes
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, design, timelines, and budgets
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain and manage all project documentation and meetings
  • Coordinate projects through all stages, from initiation to closeout
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for project management and standards at ICHS
  • Maintain and update internal project management policies
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer
  • Work various shifts as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Five years’ experience in healthcare project management
  • Two years’ experience leading new construction projects from groundbreaking through final shell and core completion, including interior build-out
  • Project Management Certification
  • Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance if using a personal vehicle for travel
