Integrated Master Scheduler - Mid Level
About the role
Boarhog is accepting applications for an Integrated Master Scheduler - Mid Level to support the Internal Cyberspace Operations- Navy Suite (ICO-NS) (formerly known as CND-TS). This is a full time position in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with program and/or project requirements
- Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's Schedule Management Plan (SMP)
- Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and "what-if" schedules as required
- Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria
- Develop and manage a program's and/or project's schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders
- Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines
- Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analysis
- Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
Experience
- Three (3) years
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Clearance
- No less than Secret, with qualified candidates required to be SCI eligible (i.e. ability to get read-in quickly, not awaiting adjudication or in need of Foreign Exception Package)
