Integrated Marketing Associate
The Brand Marketing & Fan Development team at the Chicago Bulls drives fan development and supports organizational growth through owned marketing channels, promotional campaign planning, strategy, and execution. This team includes Integrated Marketing, Brand and Fan Development, Basketball Programming, Retail, and Events & Entertainment.
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and creative Integrated Marketing Associate to join our team for the upcoming season. You will primarily be responsible for carrying out the Integrated Marketing Team’s initiatives, including supporting gameday asset creation and distribution, grassroots initiatives, developing promotional and strategy plans, and assisting with Brand and Fan Development events and game night activations. This role will work cross-functionally to support the needs of the Brand Marketing & Fan Development team and other teams across the organization. The position is part of the Bulls Rookie Program and runs from September 2026 through the conclusion of the 2026-27 season.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of broadcast inventory, including drop-in reads, TV and radio spots, and creative assets.
- Participate in the development of effective copy, creative assets, and rollout of key initiatives and tentpole moments for the team and league.
- Assist with coordination and activation of grassroots events, including youth camps, retail events, watch parties, atrium activations, and more.
- Interface directly with fans at games and events to ensure a legendary experience.
- Support game day activations, including ticketing programs, retail marketing programs, and perform quality checks for in-arena digital and physical signage.
- Manage creative requests and trafficking of all internal and external Integrated Marketing assets, including graphics and content for theme nights, ticket offers, events, Bulls Kid Nation, and more.
- Support the rollout of promotional assets around key moments of the season.
- Order and maintain department inventory of event giveaways, signage, collateral, and fulfillment of all contest prizing.
- Organize and inventory the internal warehouse, including gifting requests.
- Develop and build creative deck materials, planning documents, and aid in research projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or Business (preferred).
- Previous internship experience (strongly preferred but not required).
- Meticulous attention to detail, including excellent copy editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to work quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Ability to follow project work plans and a budget.
- Strong social skills reflecting integrity, preparation, collaboration, service, and creativity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent teammate with positive energy and a desire to learn.
- Reliable means of transportation; ability to work nights and weekends.
Pay
$20/hour, eligible for overtime pay.

Schedule
Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends. Full-time remote work is not an option; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Chicagoland area.
