Integrated Insights Lead, US Immunology

About the role

The Integrated Insights Lead serves as the primary insights partner for the US Dermatology and Rheumatology business teams. The role is responsible for engaging and translating a wide range of internal and external information – commercial data, market research, analytics, domain expertise, and organizational knowledge – into clear, actionable recommendations that guide UCB’s strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated insights that support Dermatology and Rheumatology growth plans.
• Provide objective recommendations based on holistic analysis of available data.
• Balance new research needs with reuse of existing organizational knowledge.
• Represent US learnings within global planning processes.
• Ensure insights are leveraged consistently and effectively across teams and markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical commercial data, market research & analytics
• Strong command of commercial and medical data, analytics, advanced analytics, and primary research methodologies.
• Deep experience in Rheumatology and Dermatology markets.
• Excellent quantitative analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Experience leveraging diverse insight modalities and integrating insights for enriched recommendations.

Pay

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000 - $241,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.

Schedule

Roles are hybrid with 40% of your time spent in the office.
