Integrated Campaigns Director

Consensus is redefining how B2B buyers evaluate software by connecting every demo interaction—from interactive tours and videos to AI agents and live demos—into one continuous buying experience. Our platform turns buyer behavior into actionable intelligence, helping sales and presales teams shorten cycles, increase conversions, and scale capacity. We’re a dynamic team on a mission to change how buyers buy, and we’re looking for people who bring curiosity, challenge the status quo, and want to shape what comes next.

About the role

Consensus is entering a new chapter: moving beyond demo automation to redefine our category. We have the story; we need someone to put it in market at scale. We’re looking for a Director of Integrated Campaigns to own the campaign engine—from always-on programs to big, themed campaigns that turn our category narrative into demand across every channel.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you’ll own the plan, the calendar, the channel mix, the budget behind it, and the number it produces. This is a builder’s role. Today campaigns are run channel by channel; you’ll run them as integrated programs with a clear thesis, a defined audience, and a measurement model agreed before anything launches.

You’ll work in signal and account engagement rather than lead counts, and you’ll be the person who can say what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re doing about it.

What you’ll do

  • Own the integrated campaign strategy and calendar: a small number of well-resourced, themed campaigns tied to the category narrative and the product roadmap, executed across email, paid, web, content, social, and partner channels.
  • Build campaigns against buyer signal, not lead volume. Design programs around account engagement, product experience data, and intent—and lead the shift away from an MQL-first model.
  • Own channel mix and budget allocation across paid search and social, answer-engine and AI-search channels, syndication, newsletters, and sponsorships, with a defensible read on efficiency by channel.
  • Run the always-on engine, including awareness and consideration nurtures and persona-based journeys for the pre-sales, revenue, and marketing leaders we sell to.
  • Put our own product at the center of our campaigns. Every program should give a buyer a real product experience, not a form and a follow-up.
  • Partner across Marketing so there is one plan: Product Marketing on launches, Brand and Content on assets and narrative, Field Marketing on regional and event programs, ABM on target accounts, Lifecycle on the installed base.
  • Instrument everything. Define what a campaign is accountable for before it goes live, read it honestly afterward, and retire what doesn’t work quickly.
  • Test deliberately—new channels, formats, and AI-search visibility—with real hypotheses and a bar for what graduates to always-on.
  • Work with Sales and SDR leadership so every campaign lands with a next step a rep can act on the same day.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, and hold them to the same bar.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the campaigns team.

What you’ll be measured on

  • Pipeline sourced and influenced by campaign programs, against a target you help set
  • Qualified account creation and hand-raisers—engaged accounts and buying groups, not raw lead counts
  • Efficiency by channel—cost per opportunity, blended CAC, and payback on the spend you allocate
  • Campaign contribution to launches and expansion, in partnership with Product Marketing and Lifecycle
  • Speed and throughput—concept to in-market, and the share of the calendar that ships on time

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years in B2B demand generation or integrated campaigns, with 3+ years leading campaign teams and owning a pipeline number
  • Proven multi-channel range—you’ve built programs that work across paid, email, web, content, and events, and you know which lever to pull when
  • Fluency with the modern stack—marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM, intent and signal tools—and the judgment to know what actually moves the number
  • Domain fit strongly preferred: experience marketing to pre-sales, revenue, or marketing leaders in GTM, sales tech, or revenue tech
  • AI-forward—you use AI fluently to build (research, creative, copy, analysis, and operations) and raise the whole team’s leverage doing it
  • Evidence over assertion: you set targets, measure honestly, and can always answer “here’s how we’ll know”
  • A strong writer with real creative instincts, and the taste to tell the difference between bold and noisy
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and speed—you can set direction, sequence the work, and hold a plan against louder voices
  • A strong partner and collaborator who’s trusted cross-functionally—and who likes to have fun (a good sense of humor is a must)

Benefits

  • Health & Wellness: Generous employer contribution towards health insurance (including dental and vision), employer contributions to HSA, and access to HSA/FSA programs.
  • Retirement Ready: 401(k) with company-matching contributions.
  • Family First: Paid parental leave.
  • Work-Life Balance: Unlimited PTO, 12 company holidays, a paid birthday off, and Flex Fridays (every third Friday off).
  • Flexible Work: Fully remote environment with a top-tier WFH setup provided.
  • Grow with Us: Professional development program to expand skills and advance your career.
  • Give Back: Two paid volunteer days each year at a charity of your choice.
