Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage incoming calls, return missed calls, and provide information regarding NWS and available treatment options
• Complete preadmission activities, including gathering client demographics, verifying insurance benefits, discussing financial responsibility
• Send intake documentation to patients via JotForm
• Enter and complete patient records through the Salesforce workflow
• Review intake documentation and follow up with patients who have not completed required forms
• Leverage DrChrono (Chrono) to coordinate patient appointment scheduling and ensure timely and accurate upload of patient information into the electronic health record.
• Respond to all Contact Form submissions, determine appropriate treatment pathways, and accurately document all data points
• Monitor and respond to all emails received through the Neuro Wellness Spa internal email system and take appropriate follow up action

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Call center experience: 2 years (Required)
• Experience with EMR systems: 2 years (Required)
• Appointment scheduling experience: 2 years (Required)
• Insurance verification experience: 2 years (Required)

Skills

• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems
• Familiarity with MAC computers
• Experience in a high-volume medical call center
• Experience in Mental Health
• Experience with CRM (like Salesforce)
