Intake Service Coordinator

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position located in Lowndes County, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and participates in the development, review, and evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or medical conditions.
• Assists families in gaining access to early intervention services.
• Coordinates multiple providers of services and works collaboratively with community agencies and providers.
• Coordinates developmental evaluations and assessments.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Child Development, Child Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Dietetics, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Family/Community Counseling, Human Services, Nursing, Nutrition, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, School Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Speech Language Pathology, Special Education, or a related field with at least 20% of the credit hours addressing child development, disabilities, or family systems, or licensed Registered Nurse.
