What You'll Do

• Intake Sales Specialists will engage with potential clients via telephone and email to understand their needs and communicate how our legal representation can address those needs.
• The role involves navigating inquiries with ease, resolving any issues or concerns professionally and efficiently.
• The agent must meticulously document client information in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Success in this role depends on the ability to connect with clients, adapt to their unique situations, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

• Typing speed of 35+ WPM

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• Sales experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday-Friday

Pay

This position pays $17/hour base wage plus commission.
