Intake Attorney

About the role
We are looking to add to our exceptional team in our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada and in good standing. We seek individuals who are outgoing, focused, able to manage a high-volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively, and possess strong people skills. This position requires working both independently and within a team environment and is suited for someone seeking a long-term commitment with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Client welcome interactions with in-office signups
- Handle in-office requests for attorneys and signature of retainers and other needed documents
- Support intake agents with closing cases and bringing in new cases
- Speak with new callers who request to speak with an attorney
- Make welcome calls to all new clients
- Convert intake into matters
- Manage team assignments
- Referral verification process
- Attend and participate in the monthly Intake Numbers meeting and prepare content as needed
- Support Intake with questions and directions for complex or unusual cases
- Handle CCNS at Intake and drop letters
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Ability to manage approximately 250-300 pre-lit cases
- Outgoing, focused, and able to manage a high-volume, time-sensitive workflow effectively
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
