Responsibilities
- Meet with clients before they meet with licensed psychologists
- Take detailed psycho-social histories
- Take payments
- Provide narrative psycho-social histories for the doctor within 1 day
- Read content and correct spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors
- Rewrite text to make it easier for readers to understand
- Reschedule appointments as needed
Requirements
- Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills and an excellent portfolio
- Excellent customer service
- Empathetic means of relating
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Excellent written skills in English
- An eye for detail along with critical thinking
- Prioritizing and multitasking
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or sociology
- Experience within the mental health field
- Spanish Speaking Skills
