Intake Advocate

About the role

As the Intake Advocate at Tort Experts, you are the first point of contact for potential claimants who are seeking legal assistance with injury claims. You will guide potential claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility. If eligible, you will assist potential claimants in the completion of initial forms and applications to retain an attorney.

Availability: We are hiring for Saturday - Wednesday or Thursday - Monday 3pm - 11pm EST.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration) preferred.
• Experience: Call center or BPO experience required. Legal intake experience is preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mass tort law is a plus.
