Insured Solutions Director
Responsibilities
Drive utilization of Insured Solutions business within assigned coverage area
Partner with Regional Management, Specialist and Product teams to identify and develop sales and educational opportunities that help meet clients’ needs
Ensure effective territory coverage through data driven segmentation and analysis of Financial Advisor population
Partner with Financial Advisors to help identify opportunities, enhance their product knowledge, and connect them with additional resources
Manage initiatives and tactical activities leveraging Salesforce Knowledge
Requirements
Active Series 7 and 63, 65 (or 66) or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Insurance license required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent work experience.
Advanced designations are preferred
5+ years of experience related to Annuity & Insurance Industry as a Wholesaler/Specialist/Sales Manager
Deep understanding and familiarity of Morgan Stanley’s branch network and Financial Advisors
Well-recognized leader, culture carrier, and experienced manager, with a demonstrated track record of building, leading, motivating, and managing teams of highly motivated and highly functioning individuals
Strong presentation and project management skills required.

Pay
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
