About the role
The Insurance Verification Representative is responsible for verifying insurance claims and ensuring accurate coverage for clients.
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and company procedures
- Update client records with claim status and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
