What You'll Be Doing

• Complete a one-time online survey or interview describing your day-to-day work as an insurance claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator.
• Provide firsthand practitioner input to improve how claims-related occupations are described in a standardized framework.
• Participate in optional follow-up surveys or short interviews, compensated separately.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in insurance claims adjusting, examining, or investigating in a hands-on practitioner capacity.
• Active or recent employment specifically in a claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator role.
• Candidates with only general insurance or administrative exposure are not a fit.
• Currently based in the United States and eligible to work as an independent contractor.
