Insurance Sales Trainee Get Paid While You Train & Get Licensed (No Experience Needed)

About the role

This is an opportunity for motivated individuals to break into the insurance industry without prior experience or a license. We provide paid training and support to help you gain the necessary skills and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Start as a paid Sales Development Representative (SDR), spending half your day on the phones calling leads, setting appointments, and learning our system.
• The other half of your day will be spent studying for your Property & Casualty (P&C) license under our guidance.
• Once you pass your P&C license exam, you will transition to a higher base salary plus per-policy pay on every policy you write.
• You will also complete your Life & Health licensing on your own time, but we cover the costs.
• After one year, you will be eligible for a year-end profit-share and a full benefits package.
• We offer career growth opportunities, including becoming a Senior Producer, Team Lead, Sales Manager, and potentially running your own office.

Requirements

• No license or experience required to apply.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a P&C license within 60 days, with paid study time provided.
• Willingness to complete Life & Health licensing shortly after transitioning to the producer role.
• Willingness to become licensed in all five agency states (WI, MN, IA, IL, IN).
• A strong work ethic and a coachable, positive attitude.
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• A reliable, disciplined, and motivated approach to personal, professional, and financial growth.
