Insurance Sales Trainee

About the role

We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Trainee to join our team under a structured mentorship program with an established Farmers Insurance Agency. This full-time, in person paid position that provides hands-on training, professional development, and real-world sales experience selling Farmers Insurance products preparing you for future advancement opportunities within Farmers Insurance.

What You’ll Do

• Aid clients with auto, home, life, and business insurance needs
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Learn effective sales and service techniques through guided training
• Maintain performance and compliance goals
• Participate in Farmers’ award-winning University of Farmers® training modules

Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Clean background check (per company standards)

Pay

$3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
