The Casey Clayborn Farmers Insurance in Fort Worth, TX is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicate with hot leads
• Establish and maintain client relationships and follow up with clients
• Understand the prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Achieve high sales targets
• Have fun while being part of a competitive team

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• An active Texas Property & Casualty license
• In addition, the Life and Health license is preferred, or the willingness to obtain them
• Cold call and perform other lead generation activities

Qualifications

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is required
• An Active Property and Casualty General Lines License in TX is required
• In addition to the P&C, an Active Life and Health License in TX is preferred
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Motivated and determined
