About the role

Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer on behalf of Brightway, The Pihl Agency (Jacksonville, FL). This is a full-time in‑office sales role with access to Brightway’s national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency.
• Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.

Requirements

• Licensed P&C sales agent with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
