$35K–$45K base + uncapped commission ($70K+ average year one)

Monday–Friday, weekends off, hybrid remote

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred — we’ll help the right candidate get licensed
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or insurance experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Sales mindset with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable on the phone in a goal-driven environment
• Solid computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office)
• Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for remote days
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Handle inbound customer service calls from existing Allstate clients
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing, and claims requests
• Conduct policy reviews on every call to identify coverage gaps
• Cross-sell and upsell auto, home, life, renters, and umbrella insurance
• Educate clients on multi-policy discounts and coverage options
• Generate referrals and quote new business from existing relationships
• Document calls in the agency management system and follow up on quotes
• Hit monthly sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals
