Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance seeks an Insurance Sales Agent to join their team in the Virginia Beach branch office. This position is full-time on-site and offers growth opportunities, lucrative benefits, and a dedicated training team.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with community members and organizations
• Provide excellent interpersonal skills for serving customers
• Manage an existing book of business and service clients
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Seek out and pursue new sales opportunities

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class
• Must provide proof of passing licensing test
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Good time management skills
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed

Pay

Average first-year total compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)
