Compensation

Money Matters:

• 1st year: $40,000 - $65,000
• 3rd year: $60,000 - $90,000
• 5th year: $75,000 - $130,000

• Financial Professional: Develop a deep understanding of our products and become a top producing veteran agent with passive income streams.
• Sales Leadership: Hit the ground running and ascend with our mentorship as a leader on our management team. Build and lead your own team; transition to a management role can happen as early as your second year.
• Financial Representative/Financial Advisor: Expand your career into wealth management. Fully paid study programs for insurance licensing, SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, Series 65, and CFP®.
