Insurance Sales Agent- Luray, VA
Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Page County Farm Bureau Office located in Luray, VA.

The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships and a desire to help and serve their community members and organizations. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Review and service an existing book of business
- Generate new sales leads and close new business
- Participate in training and development programs
- Work independently and manage time effectively
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Good time management skills
- Prior sales experience (any industry) helpful but not required
- Goal-Oriented and driven to succeed

Pay
Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 - $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary of $37,000 - $52,000 annually dependent upon location and established book of business)

Flexible schedule with travel to meet with existing and new clients
