Insurance Sales Agent - Hanover County - Ashland, VA

Virginia Farm Bureau is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Ashland, VA. This position reports to the Agency Manager and is exempt.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with community members and organizations
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Manage time efficiently to achieve goals independently
• Drive sales and achieve targets through passion and determination

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty license and a Life, Health & Annuities license are preferred, but training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management abilities
• A passion for sales

Pay

Average first-year total compensation ranges from $52,000 to $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary).
