Job Responsibilities
- 40% New Premium: Actively sell relevant insurance products and services during all appropriate interactions. Responsible for effectively closing sales and meeting overall monthly and annual scorecard goals.
- 20% Multiline: Proactively recommend bundled insurance policies such as Auto with Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. to grow book of business & meet the defined goals/targets.
- 15% CSAA Premiums: Actively promote and sell CSAA products by leveraging in-depth knowledge of their offerings. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- 15% Quality: Ensure all insurance applications, policy documents, and client records are completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations & company standards. Regularly audit work to identify & correct errors and stay updated on changes in insurance laws & guidelines to ensure all documentation reflects current requirements.
- 10% New Members: Offer a Club focused sales approach & continuously promote all Club products/services. Effectively sell AAA memberships to meet/exceed outlined expectations.
Job Specific Requirements
- Responsible to obtain and maintain the required license or certification in an active status
- Able to display working knowledge of carrier offerings, processes, and requirements
- Able to work evenings, weekends, & events as required by business need/Leadership directive
- Working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems
- Must be able to resolve problems and work under pressure to diffuse member concerns
- Work under pressure during periods of high volume
- Must be able to multitask in various areas of insurance sales and service
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone
- Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs
Pay
$43,680 – 47,840 base rate + $15,000 - $20,000+ of commission opportunity (based on performance) in 1st year
Schedule
Typical First Year On-Track Earnings (OTE): For Performing Advisors: $60,000 - $65,000/year
