Virginia Farm Bureau is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at the Bedford Farm Bureau Office in Bedford County, VA.
About the role
The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. They should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and time management expertise. While a Property & Casualty license and a Life, Health & Annuities license are preferred, Virginia Farm Bureau is committed to supporting candidates through licensing training and materials.

Pay
Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 - $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)
- Base Salary: $37,000 - $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)
