This is a full sales role with real autonomy and a clear runway to advance, not a call center seat.CompensationHourly base $18 to $25, depending on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses. First year earning potential of up to $105,000.The RoleYou will consult with clients on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You will own the full sales cycle, including quoting, presenting, and binding policies, while building your own book of business. As your book grows, your renewal income compounds, and strong performers move up quickly.Development and GrowthYou will be paired with experienced agents and leadership who have built successful books of their own.
