We are seeking a motivated and community-driven Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference locally while helping clients secure the right coverage.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services
- Manage client relationships and build trust through excellent customer service
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$66,000 at plan commission
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability for client meetings and community events.
