Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies
• Provide expert advice on insurance products and services
• Manage client relationships and build trust through excellent customer service
• Participate in community events and outreach initiatives
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$66,000 at plan commission

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability for client meetings and community events.
