A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent

Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle
Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients
Conduct sales presentations following our sales process
Ensure all of our clients have a 5-Star experience
Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve high sales targets

Responsibilities

  • A sales or customer-facing background is preferred
  • An insurance background is even better
  • Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed
  • Must be tenacious and possess a “Hunter Mentality”
  • Must be solution-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachability is essential.
  • There are always opportunities to improve
  • Must be team-oriented. We win when the team wins
  • Strong technological skills are required

  • Spanish-speaking preferred
