Insurance Sales Agent
Centerville Insurance Agency Inc is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll help individuals and businesses throughout Virginia and North Carolina protect what matters most by providing auto, homeowners, business, and life insurance solutions.
About the role
Hybrid position based in Virginia. Candidates must currently hold a Virginia insurance license or be actively working toward obtaining their Virginia Property & Casualty license. Strong customer service or sales experience is preferred.
Pay
Expected earnings: $60,000-$80,000 (Base Salary + Commission)

Responsibilities
- Educate clients on auto, homeowners, business, and life insurance options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate new business through leads and referrals
- Review existing policies and recommend appropriate coverage
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the insurance process
Qualifications
- Virginia Property & Casualty License, or actively working toward obtaining one
- Experience with Personal Lines and Property & Casualty Insurance
- Commercial insurance experience is a plus
- Life insurance experience is a plus
- Experience using insurance agency software
- Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
