Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Sell property and casualty insurance and life, health, and annuities
• Manage an existing book of business
• Earn commissions on new sales and bonuses

Requirements

• Licensing: Possess a Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or be ready to obtain them with fully-funded training materials and classes
• Communication Skills: Exhibit strong oral and written communication abilities
• Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to work independently
• Previous Sales Experience: A plus, but not required
• Goal-Oriented Mindset: Be driven to exceed your goals and succeed in your role

Pay

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Schedule

The position involves travel to meet with existing and new clients, with the majority of work being performed at the Amelia County office.
