What You'll Do
- Speak with warm leads who are actively shopping for insurance
- Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs
- Explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
- Handle questions and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution
- Cross-sell additional coverages that improve protection and create value
- Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline moving
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Customers trust us to help them make smart insurance decisions. You'll be the advisor helping them navigate coverage options and find the right protection for their needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
- Able to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable working toward goals and performance expectations
- Able to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required
