- Tech-Savviness: You are comfortable navigating a computer, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
- Licensing: Willingness to obtain your state insurance license (we provide the resources, sponsorship, and guidance to get you there).
- Professionalism: A commitment to the highest standards of service and ethics.
- Availability: Ability to work on-site at our Plano, TX office Monday through Friday.
- Consultative Outreach: Use our modern tech stack and provided leads to connect with prospects, offering value and protection rather than just price-focused quotes.
- Morning Huddle: Participate in daily team huddles to align on goals, share best practices, and maintain our high-performance momentum.
- Client Advocacy: Ensure every family and business owner we serve feels educated, protected, and prioritized throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Collaborative Growth: Work alongside a team of professional advisors to consistently exceed agency sales targets.
- Professional Development: Engage in our high-level training program to master product knowledge and our proprietary consultative sales framework.
