Insurance & Risk Analyst

About the role

Join a stable, growing multi-entity organization in a high-visibility role reporting directly to executive leadership. Take ownership of enterprise-wide insurance and risk management programs across multiple businesses. Approximately 80% of the role is focused on insurance and risk, with additional exposure to corporate governance and strategic initiatives. Participate in M&A due diligence and risk analysis projects, gaining broad exposure to Property, General Liability, Auto, Cyber, Workers' Compensation, D&O, Marine, Professional Liability, and Umbrella coverage. Location: Greater Orlando Area (must be local/commutable).

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance programs, renewals, policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Administer property and auto claims and maintain insurance schedules.
• Review contracts and insurance requirements to identify and mitigate risk exposures.
• Track insurance costs, invoices, and premium allocations across entities.
• Support development of corporate risk management policies and procedures.
• Assist with risk analysis for acquisitions and strategic business initiatives.
• Coordinate business licensing, entity filings, and governance-related activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, corporate risk management, or commercial insurance brokerage/account management.
• Strong background managing commercial insurance programs, renewals, claims, certificates, endorsements, and compliance processes.
• Experience reviewing contracts and evaluating insurance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Multi-entity organization experience strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
