Insurance Renewal Specialist

About the role

Responsible for reviewing client’s renewals, looking into premium increases, identifying any gaps in coverage or coverage errors or omissions, and remarketing accounts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and compare client’s current policies with their renewal policies and investigate the reason for any major increases in premium. (30-40%)
• Advise client’s regarding insurance coverages and risk management issues. Identify any additional insurance needs, gaps in coverage or possible incorrect/outdated information. (20-30%)
• Requote client’s policies as needed or as requested. Send applications/cancelation forms, issue new policies and enter information into the agency management system as needed. (20-30%)
