Insurance Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Data reporting, validation and analysis
• Preparation of communications and outbound support materials related to the Client’s insurance
• Onboarding and offboarding of properties
• Management of insurance program enrollment
• Supporting the insurance, finance, and technology functions within the Risk Management Department
• Submitted insurance billing
• Reconciling claims for actuarial reporting
• Managing captive and risk accruals
• Creating insurance quotes for new properties
• Validating exposures data
• Providing front-line support to insurance program participants

Requirements

• Intermediate to expert skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office toolset, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Familiarity with hospitality or insurance industry
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills

Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, or related field preferred

Other Requests

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or comparable on-the-job experience
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Calendar, scheduling, or project management software preferred. Ticket Management Experience (ServiceNow, Jira) Preferred. Data visualization experience (Power BI, Excel, Tableau) preferred.

Pay

$60,000 - $80,000 annually
