Insurance Portfolio Analyst This position offers an opportunity to become a key contributor within Revol One Investment Management’s Insurance Portfolio Management Team—the central hub for overseeing and managing Revol One’s investment portfolio. We’re looking for someone with the professional and intellectual versatility to engage in all phases of this critical growth area’s life cycle. Your contributions will span business development, portfolio management, idea generation, analytical support, problem-solving, and relationship management. This role provides significant potential for rapid growth in both complexity and responsibility, driven by your unique skills and the accelerating trajectory of our business and assets under management. Major Duties & Responsibilities Support the management of Revol One’s insurance investment portfolio through analysis, reporting, and monitoring of positions, performance, and compliance with investment policy guidelinesMonitor investment portfolio performance, risk exposures, and alignment with insurance liabilitiesSupport ALM analysis, liquidity forecasting, and capital planningAssist in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the investment system, including data validation, reporting build-out, and workflow optimizationExecute trades in accordance with approved hedging strategies and support the derivative hedging program through exposure monitoring, reporting, and related operational activitiesProduce dashboards, reports, and market insights for senior investment leadershipAnalyze asset class trends, credit quality shifts, and duration positioningPartner with Finance, Actuarial, Risk and Investment Operations to ensure integrated balance sheet management Skills, Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in insurance portfolio management; will consider related work experience in lieu of direct insurance-related experienceMBA with emphasis in finance and accounting; CFA designation desiredStrong teammateExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilitiesKnowledge of the following strongly desired:Public and private fixed income instruments and portfolio managementInsurance company regulationsRisk-based capital for insurance companiesStatutory and GAAP investment accounting for insurance companiesInsurance company productsAsset-liability management in an insurance company environmentLiability hedgingPC skills and ability to use/learn analytical software: FactSet, Bloomberg Revol One Financial® is the marketing name for Revol One Insurance Company.
