Responsibilities

• Grows crop insurance market share through proactive prospecting, disciplined follow up, and consistent engagement with existing and prospective customers.
• Serves as the primary crop insurance advisor for assigned producers, positioning the Association as a long-term risk management partner.
• Leverages technology, CRM tools, and digital platforms to manage pipelines, document interactions, and ensure timely communication and service.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned producers, providing accurate and efficient processing work while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Manages assigned work with minimal direction, delivering a high degree of accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
• Applies functional knowledge and judgment to evaluate information and make informed decisions.
• Anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and proactively communicates status or risks.
• Serves as a resource to less experienced team members through informal guidance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Mental & Physical Requirements: While engaged in this position, team members will routinely sit, use hands for tasks, and communicate orally. Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. This role may entail a blend of mental and physical capabilities, requiring strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer usage. Pay

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $74,190.00 – $158,624.00 annualized, which reflects the company’s current estimate of the potential compensation range at the time of posting. This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position and represents one component of the total rewards package. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, qualifications, and allotted budget.
