About the role
Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for supplemental income or more. Contractors will survey both residential and commercial properties, taking photos, obtaining property details, and submitting reports online.
Responsibilities

- Obtaining property details and overall conditions
- Submitting a report online
Requirements
- Reliable car for driving to inspections
- Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet connection
- Basic computer and communication skills
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a reliable vehicle, basic computer skills, and access to a smartphone or digital camera. No prior experience is necessary.
