About the role

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Survey both residential and commercial properties
• Take photos of the property
• Obtain property details and overall conditions
• Provide reports in a timely manner
• Submit reports online through a PC/Desktop to include attachments

Requirements

• Reliable car to drive to inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• Smartphone or digital camera
• Reliable home internet
• Basic computer and communication skills
