About the role
Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This role is available for full-time or part-time work.
Responsibilities
- Survey both residential and commercial properties
- Take photos of the property
- Obtain property details and overall conditions
- Provide reports in a timely manner
- Submit reports online
- Ensure all survey reports are submitted through a PC/Desktop with attachments
Requirements
- Reliable car for driving to inspections
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet
- Basic computer and communication skills
