Insurance Loss Control Surveyor

About the role

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections for residential and commercial properties. This opportunity is available for full‑time or part‑time work. Contractors will take photos, gather property details and condition information, prepare reports, and submit them online via PC/Desktop with attachments.

Responsibilities

• Drive to inspection sites using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Take photos of the property (using a smartphone or digital camera).
• Collect property details and overall condition information.
• Prepare and deliver survey reports in a timely manner.
• Submit completed reports online via PC/Desktop, including any attachments.

Requirements

• Reliable car for travel to inspections.
• Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer.
• Smartphone or digital camera for photo capture.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
