About the role

MMA's internship is a comprehensive program that provides real-world business, risk management, and insurance experience. You’ll apply classroom concepts through project work and client interaction while developing professional skills for your career. The program helps you explore interests within the insurance industry and serves as a springboard into full-time roles, focusing on building a foundation for Client Management or Sales career pathways.

• Real Experience – Receive industry training and relevant work experience (no coffee fetching).
• Learning Opportunities – Participate in national webinars introducing the industry and organization to set you up for success.
• Build Connections – Work closely with your manager, mentor, and other interns to grow your network.
• Develop Career Skillsets – Work directly with multiple teams, learning the basics of world-class insurance programs while supporting actual clients.
• Cultivate Industry Relationships – Meet with industry partners to expand your professional network.

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 minimum.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Two semesters of college coursework in business.
• Completed coursework in insurance, risk management, or finance.
