Insurance Inspector - Memphis, TN

About the role

We are seeking EXPERIENCED INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS to complete insurance underwriting inspections.

Responsibilities

• Travel to insured businesses to evaluate hazards and safety concerns.
• Interview business owners and tour the premises.
• Take measurements and take photos as needed.
• Identify hazards and safety concerns.
• Work in areas focusing on commercial property inspections.
• Assign WC field inspections to experienced Inspectors.
• Volume of work varies by location, ranging from one day’s worth of work to several days or more per week.
• Inspectors must have an insured, reliable vehicle, access to high-speed Internet, and a digital camera.
• Earnings are commission-based, with each inspection paid by the hour based on its length and complexity.

• The ability to interact professionally via telephone or in person, with policyholders (insureds), clients, and their representatives
