Insurance Defense Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters
• Providing expert legal advice and advocacy for clients
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and briefs
• Managing case strategies and participating in negotiations and court proceedings

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Admission to the MA bar; NH and/or RI bar admissions considered a plus
• Strong academic credentials and litigation experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
