About the role

• Job Type: Full-time (remote if not in Buffalo, NY; hybrid if located in Buffalo, NY metropolitan area)

Requirements

• Attorney: 1-3 years
• Member of the NY bar in good standing
• 1-3 years' experience with New York Civil Practice
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with written discovery, motion practice, drafting motions and pleadings, independently conducting depositions, and trial preparation
• 1+ years of broad-based litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Excellent references
